Your rent is a contractual obligation we owe you, not a forecast. It is paid whether the property is occupied or not, and whatever happens with our occupants. Vacancy becomes our problem, no longer yours.

A property maintained continuously
A property we operate is a property our own income depends on. We maintain it regularly, we act fast, and we will hand it back to you in good condition.

We cover the furniture and equipment to our own standards, with no investment on your side.

The properties we are looking for
We take apartments and houses on lease in Mons, Saint-Ghislain and across Hainaut.
In good order or in need of a refresh
A property that needs freshening up is no obstacle: we fit it out and equip it at our expense.
Entire investment buildings
We also take whole buildings on lease, under a single head lease.

What we do not do
Real Estate Passion is not an estate agency and carries out no activity regulated by the Belgian Professional Institute of Real Estate Agents. We provide no management of property on behalf of third parties, no letting intermediation and no building-syndic services. We act exclusively as lessee, taking properties on lease for our own account.
