I did not start out in real estate. I started out building companies.

Since 2009 I have founded, grown and sold several businesses, in digital, production and services. I learned to read a market, to build a case, to negotiate, to structure a deal and above all to execute fast. Those instincts are not found in a real estate textbook. They are learned by building companies.

Real estate came as an obvious next step. It is the only trade where vision, financial structuring, construction and marketing all meet inside the same project. A bare plot, an industrial brownfield, a listed building left to decay: these are equations, and I enjoy solving them.

Real Estate Passion grew out of that conviction. We buy assets the market has misread. We transform them. We sell them or we keep them. We have developed more than sixty thousand square metres, delivered more than eighty units, and carried out more than a hundred real estate operations since I started in this trade.

My working rule fits in one sentence: done beats perfect, and it certainly beats not done. Projects almost never die of a bad idea. They die of waiting.

Today the group runs three activities: development and promotion, building a portfolio held for the long term, and operating furnished rentals. And we are preparing what I hope will be the most useful project of my career: making home ownership reachable for thousands of households who are shut out of it today.
