Real Estate Passion SRL, registered office in Mons, Belgium, VAT BE 0758.501.101, is the controller for data collected through this website. Contact: info@realestatepassion.be.

We only collect data you send us voluntarily through one of the three forms on this site:

Furnished accommodation enquiry: bedrooms required, number of people to accommodate, start date, expected length of stay, full name, company, email, phone, message.

Owner form: full name, email, phone, property type, number of bedrooms, address or municipality, current letting status, whether the property is furnished, message.

General contact form: name, email, phone, subject, message.

We also record your browsing language and the page the enquiry came from, so that we can reply in your language. We collect no sensitive data and use no advertising cookies or profiling trackers.

To answer your enquiry, send you availability, rates or a rental estimate, and follow up on the exchange.

Where relevant, to enter into the resulting contract (lease) and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your consent, given explicitly through the checkbox on the form, for processing your enquiry.

Our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry and keeping a record of exchanges.

Performance of the contract and compliance with our legal obligations where a tenancy or a mandate is concluded.

Enquiry with no follow-up: 12 months from the last exchange, then deletion.

Enquiry that led to a contract: the duration of the contract, then 10 years for accounting and contractual records, as required by Belgian law.

Consent withdrawn: deletion as soon as practicable, unless we are legally required to keep the data.

Your data is accessible only to the people at Real Estate Passion SRL handling your enquiry.

We use the following processors: Zapier, to route form submissions to our inbox and follow-up tool; our hosting provider, to serve the website; our email provider, for correspondence.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell or rent your data.

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to data is limited to the people who need it and protected by authentication. We apply data minimisation: we only ask for what we need to give you a useful answer.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to info@realestatepassion.be. We reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be.
