On the ground floor, the living space brings together the lounge, dining area and a superbly equipped open-plan kitchen. A large sofa and a giant television await for your evenings in. A separate toilet, a laundry corner with 2-in-1 washer-dryer and additional storage complete this level.

On the mezzanine, the bedroom comes with a large workspace ideal for remote working, a generous walk-in dressing room and an extra storage area. The bathroom with Italian-style walk-in shower adds the final touch of comfort.

Parking

Free on-street parking near the building from 5 pm to 9 am Monday to Friday and free all weekend. As an option, a large secure covered indoor car park: your vehicle safely sheltered, right in the city centre.
