Located on the third floor (no elevator), this spacious, fully furnished two-bedroom apartment is designed for comfort in every season: a reversible air-conditioning system keeps the temperature perfect in summer and winter alike, while the pellet stove adds gentle warmth and a wonderfully cosy atmosphere to the living space.

The fully fitted kitchen opens onto the living and dining area, creating a bright and welcoming living space. A dedicated workspace makes remote working effortless. A shower room and a laundry area with washing machine and dryer complete a layout designed around your daily comfort.

Parking

Free on-street parking from 5 pm to 9 am Monday to Friday and free all weekend: perfect for a standard working schedule.
