The apartment

Located on the first floor of a building with elevator, this beautiful fully furnished two-bedroom apartment stands out for its spacious layout, abundant natural light and modern comfort, including pleasant underfloor heating throughout.

The fully fitted kitchen lets you cook just like at home, and the 2-in-1 washer-dryer makes everyday life easier. The first bedroom features a 160 cm double bed, while the second is fitted with an adult-sized bunk bed, ideal for a colleague or visiting friends. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the layout.

The small terrace gives you your own outdoor corner for a morning coffee or an end-of-day break.

Parking

A large car park sits right across from the building, free from 5 pm to 9 am Monday to Friday and free all weekend: perfect for a standard working schedule.
