Rue de Nimy 64

Rue de Nimy is one of the streets that shape the approach to central Mons. In 2022 we acquired three apartments there, renovated them from floor to ceiling, and they are in operation today.

That was only a starting point. We are in the process of acquiring the building as a whole, which will eventually hold ten homes and a ground-floor retail unit.

There is nothing accidental about working this way. Entering a building through a few units, getting to know it from the inside and testing its structure and rental market before committing to the whole is what allows you to buy well rather than buy fast.

Once complete, Rue de Nimy 64 will be one of the best-kept residential ensembles on the street.
