Nine high-end two-bedroom apartments dedicated to furnished rentals for expatriates.
In March 2026 we acquired a building of nine high-end two-bedroom apartments in Mons.
Its purpose was clear from day one: furnished rentals for expatriates and staff on assignment. Companies in the region need fully equipped homes, available immediately, flexible in duration and flawless in quality. Hotels are expensive and wear thin quickly. Standard leases are far too rigid.
Le Saphir sits precisely in between: homes designed, furnished and maintained like a hotel, with the comfort and privacy of a real apartment.
Every apartment was fitted out, equipped and furnished by our own teams, from the furniture to the bed linen, so it is ready to live in from day one. Maintenance, housekeeping and the relationship with corporate tenants are all handled in house.
It is now the centrepiece of our furnished rental business in Mons.
