Nimy earthenware is part of the industrial history of the region. The factory itself had stopped producing long ago.

There we acquired and renovated homes with a deliberately unconventional character, where industrial volumes, exposed brick and original daylight become assets rather than constraints.

These are homes you will not find anywhere else in Mons. They attract people who are not looking for a standard apartment, but for a place with a history.

Nothing was forced into a standard template: ceiling heights, existing openings and original materials shaped every floor plan. We kept whatever could be kept and replaced the rest with restrained work, built to last.

Reviving industrial heritage avoids a demolition, preserves a memory and creates housing. Three good reasons instead of one.
