The former WEBA site on rue Neuve in Boussu. Over twenty-five thousand square metres of warehousing. An asset of a scale rarely seen in the region, and one that speaks to only a very small number of buyers able to absorb it.
We acquired it in 2026. The building is today fully let to a German player in the tooling industry.
Logistics real estate follows a different logic from residential. A single tenant, a massive footprint, steady income and direct exposure to industrial activity in Hainaut. It is a core portfolio asset: the quiet one that steadies everything else.
Boussu, once again. We know this area, we developed Next Unit Business Parc here, and we keep investing where others only see a region in decline.
