A mixed-use investment building on one of the main shopping streets of Mons, operated as furnished rentals.
Rue de Nimy is one of the arteries that shape the centre of Mons. Commercial, busy, alive. An address where you do not simply put a property back on the rental market — you choose who you hand it to.
We acquired this investment building in 2019. It combines a ground-floor retail unit with residential apartments above, a mix that protects the yield: two kinds of income, two economic cycles, one building.
We operate the residential part as furnished rentals on medium and long stays. That is a deliberate choice. Furnished letting takes more work than an unfurnished lease, but it delivers a higher yield, attracts more careful tenants and allows a responsiveness a standard lease simply forbids.
Rue de Nimy 69 is one of those assets we keep. Well located, well let, well looked after.
