A second address on rue de Nimy, acquired in 2026. An investment building of ten apartments above a ground-floor retail unit, on the same street as number 69.

Concentrating several buildings on one street is no accident. It gives us a fine-grained knowledge of the local market, pooled operations, and the ability to offer several homes at once to a company looking to house several employees in the same place.

Part of the building is already operating. The rest enters renovation shortly, with the same method as on our other assets: we do not patch things up, we bring them back to standard, unit by unit, without interrupting what already works.
