Dolce Puglia

Ostuni, the white city of Apulia. Among the vines and olive groves, an eighteen-thousand-square-metre estate with two traditional trulli and a masseria, one of those fortified farmhouses that carry the soul of southern Italy.

The potential was obvious to anyone who knows the region. The hard part was knowing how to buy in Italy, how to handle local heritage constraints, and how to give the estate a clear story for an international buyer.

We acquired the estate in 2020 and spent five years unlocking its value: reading the potential, designing the scheme, structuring the file and positioning it for an international buyer. We sold it on in 2025, with the project developed, without ever laying a single brick.

Dolce Puglia reflects a conviction of ours: Mediterranean rural heritage is becoming scarce. Those who spot it early, understand it and give it a direction create value without ever forcing it.
